This is a key leadership role with real impact on the companys technology and product direction, working in a dynamic early-stage startup environment.
-4+ years of hands-on applied Cyber security research experience
-23+ years of people management experience (research team leadership is a must)
-At least 2 years of civilian (non-military) experience
-Previous experience in startups a strong advantage
-Background in Cloud Security a plus
-Background in WAF / Web Application Security a strong plus
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
-Strong prioritization, decision-making, and leadership skills
-Can-do mentality, proactive and independent
-Team player with the ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly on a daily basis
