The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the appropriate bookkeeping day to day records in order to support the effective provision of high-quality accounting services across the business.

The primary responsibilities of this job include:
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
Manage bank and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Responsible for Account Payable processing new vendors (local and foreign), recording invoices and preparing payments.
Support in VAT and ITA reporting.
Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation (WP) for the monthly , quarterly, and yearly closing process and reconciliation.
Manage accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis.
Provide support during financial audits and Sox audits.
Manage intercompany entries and reconciliations.
Review and process expense reimbursements and travel reports.
Suggest, develop, and implement process improvements.
