We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Applications Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our applications support business goals, drive efficiency, and deliver value.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end projects: planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Support, and Compliance to gather requirements and define project scope
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Oversee Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations
Ensure data integrity, system security, and platform scalability
Promote adoption and provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through applications automation.

5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing Salesforce projects
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, flows)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana)
Familiarity with integrations and APIs
Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Consultant) an advantage
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into specification documents, and define project tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
Experience in SaaS or tech companies a plus
Admin and implementation of SAAS Applications such as DealHub, Titan, Hibob, Zip, Gong, Clay, Deel, Monday an advantage.
