As Deputy CFO, youll be a strategic partner to the CFO, driving global scale for our B2B platform. Oversee end-to-end client fund flows across fiat and digital assets in institutional-grade custody. Lead daily reconciliation, partner with banks and processors to optimize settlements and liquidity, and manage compliance for money transmission and AML. Report on MRR, TPV, AUC, and client profitability; develop forecasts and budgets. Oversee risk frameworks, client fee settlements, and financial terms in contracts. Drive automation in billing, reconciliation, and payouts, ensuring audit-ready records and scalable systems.
Requirements:
Proven senior finance experience (Finance Director, Controller, Deputy CFO) in B2B FinTech, Payments (e.g., Stripe, Adyen), SaaS, or Digital Asset Infrastructure/Custody firms.
Deep expertise in financial models for recurring revenue (MRR/ARR), transactional metrics (TPV), and platform KPIs.
Strong grasp of payment processing, treasury management for settlements, and multi-party reconciliation.
Hands-on with digital assetscustody, on-chain mechanics, and complex reporting.
In-depth knowledge of MSB, payments, and/or digital asset regulatory frameworks.
Advanced with tools like Power BI, Tableau, and analyzing large datasets (SQL a strong plus).
