Youll take end-to-end responsibility for building and optimizing processes, identifying opportunities for scale, and driving sustainable growth. Working closely with Product, Marketing, CSM, Data, and Sales Ops, you will play a key role in preparing the service for its next stage of scale ensuring efficiency, impact, and continuous improvement.
What am I going to do?
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives: Partner with Product, Marketing, CSM, and Sales to design GTM strategies, create entry points, and execute campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition.
Own business performance & growth metrics: Define and track KPIs, monitor conversion and retention rates, and lead initiatives that improve funnel health and overall business results.
Build and scale operational infrastructure: Design efficient, AI-enabled workflows, solve cross-functional challenges, and continuously optimize processes through automation and smart systems.
Manage strategic projects from planning to execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline execution, ensure alignment, and maximize impact across teams.
Own the program end-to-end: Use data and AI automation to monitor performance (HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau), surface actionable insights, and translate them into strategic and operational improvements.
5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or growth roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven record of owning cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable impact.
AI-native mindset fluent in the language of agents, automation, and AI-driven workflows; able to integrate and leverage these tools independently.
Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation to streamline operations and scale performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct qualitative research, and turn insights into actionable plans.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools supporting sales and marketing operations.
Deep understanding of B2B funnels, product marketing, and sales operations.
Independent, proactive, and curious self-learner able to teach yourself, explore new technologies, and find creative solutions without waiting for instructions.
Tech-savvy and execution-oriented thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and gets things done.
