We are looking for a GTM Engineer who will focus on collecting signals, building internal tools, and making our go-to-market engine smarter. Youll identify and connect signals from product usage, web activity, and GTM tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Octave, Cargo, n8n, and Airops. Youll create systems and automations that help our growth, marketing, and sales teams focus on the right opportunities at the right time. You have hands-on experience in a GTM function such as growth, Demand Generation, or SDR and understand how data and tools drive pipeline. Youre comfortable building workflows, experimenting, and finding ways to make teams more effective. You bring a hacker mindset and out-of-the-box thinking to uncover new signals and creative ways to capture buyer intent.

Requirements
* Proven experience in a GTM, growth, Demand Generation, or SDR role
* Strong understanding of go-to-market processes and data -driven decision making
* Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Octave, Cargo, n8n, and Airops
* Ability to design and build automations that improve GTM productivity
* Comfortable experimenting, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly
* Familiarity with CRMs like salesforce or HubSpot
* Fluent English
* Python or any other coding experience is a plus
