About the Job As a Product Manager in the Public Safety domain, you will define and drive the strategy for our company's end-to-end solutionscovering both hardware and software designed for the unique needs of public safety organizations. You will develop a deep understanding of this market, identify customer requirements, and build a clear roadmap that delivers innovative, reliable solutions for critical operations. You will serve as the focal point for the public safety domain, working closely with engineering, SW/HW teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer expectations and support our company's business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
* Conduct in-depth research to understand the public safety sector, its challenges, and trends.
* Develop a clear vision and strategic roadmap for our company's public safety solutions.
* Customer-Centric Development:
* Translate customer and user needs into prioritized backlogs and product requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with public safety customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration of features and technologies.
* Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Operational Excellence:
* Oversee the successful delivery of public safety products and services, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
* Optimize customer-facing workflows to enhance User Experience and operational efficiency.

* Advantage: Knowledge or experience in video streaming technologies and/or public safety markets. Advantage: combined experience with hardware and software products.
* Passionate about solving customer challenges through innovative products.
* Independent, self-driven, and creative with a "can-do" approach.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluency in English: verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* A first degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, is preferred.
* Willingness to travel abroad
