Senior Bookkeeper (Up to Trial Balance)

A leading technology company, a subsidiary of a public company, seeks a Senior Bookkeeper in Haifa. We need an experienced professional with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience up to trial balance, expert in Hashavshevet software. If youre highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you. Full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Manage all bookkeeping operations: AP, AR, general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Perform monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Utilize Hashavshevet software to accurately record financial transactions and generate reports.
Monthly and annual reporting to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance)
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Managing the collection process with customers, including tracking payments, handling overdue debts, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding payment issues.
Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
