Developing and maintaining sources of funding from foundations and individuals
Administration and management of private donors
Writing proposals for funding and reports for institutional donors
Monitoring and evaluation of the organizations activities for generation of reports
Communications with donors
Project design and project management
Researching, prospecting and contacting new funders
Assistance with our company's English-language communications, including editing and content-writing, and with occasional advocacy engagements.

Requirements:
Deep commitment to human rights and identification with our company's work
Excellent communication and time management skills
English as a native or near-native language, excellent English-language writing and editing skills
High-level Hebrew and/or Arabic are a strong advantage
Experience with resource development, especially private donor development and relations, is a strong advantage
Position details:
Salary range: 10,000-12,000 NIS per month, commensurate with experience
Occasional weekend/evening commitments required
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Israel
Start date: As soon as possible
