abra is looking for a Data Scientist to join a Model Development Team The team leads the development of strategic, data-driven projects across multiple business units, leveraging advanced AI technologies and models in areas such as marketing, customer experience, pricing, and technology. Role Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy models on AWS infrastructure
* Extract insights from data using advanced analytical tools and AI technologies
* Define algorithmic solutions to address business challenges
* Analyze structured and unstructured data
* Present findings and business insights to stakeholders
* Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of model outcomes
* Develop and deploy models on AWS infrastructure

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in model development, including definition, development, and deployment
* Minimum 5 years of experience in processing and analyzing large-scale tabular data
* (Significant advantage for experience working in AWS environments and using PySpark)
* Strong hands-on development experience in Python
* Significant advantage for experience in developing Generative AI–based applications
* Significant advantage for development experience and business understanding in the banking domain
* Strong analytical and hands-on capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical and analytical solutions
* Advantage for experience working in a large organization and a strong system-wide perspective
* Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science
