Kendago, a global AdTech leader, leverages its full range of digital optimization and creative technologies to profitably scale some of the worlds most successful DTC brands. ADvice, our AI and Big Data platform, enables our experts to reach and maintain unmatched performance for large scale, global media campaigns. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager to lead high-budget campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Own all marketing analytics aspects including analyzing, reporting and tracking of marketing activities.
* Manage, optimize and maximize ROI on large scale digital media platforms ( facebook, instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, Snap, X).
* Constant conversion performance improvement by A/B testing ad copy, creative types and funnel experience.
* Collaborate with the creative team on new marketing angles and ads.

Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience managing significant budgets, with a deep understanding of video performance campaigns (highly required).
* Fluent English level.
* High analytical ability and the ability to learn advanced analytical tools.
* Able to multitask and prioritize among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met.
* Ability to handle high budgets for performance campaigns.
