Talent Sourcing Specialist

we are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to understand open positions and design sourcing strategies that build strong candidate pipelines. You will focus on roles across the U.S. and internationally, helping us attract high-caliber talent for our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

Source, engage and qualify active and passive candidates while creating and maintaining pipelines.

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Pre-screen prospective candidates for key qualifications before handoff to recruiters.

Track and report sourcing metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Effectively manage ATS tool in order to capture metrics for all recruiting activities.
