Join Our Team as a Employee Productivity & GenAI Expert at DRS RADA Technologies! Lead how we use Microsoft 365, Azure and GenAI (assistants, copilots, agents, coding assistants like Tabnine, and automations) to improve employee productivity across the company. Key Responsibilities
* Own the GenAI & productivity strategy in a Microsoft-based environment (Azure, M365, Teams, Copilots).
* Identify and deliver high-impact use cases and automations across business functions.
* Implement and manage GenAI assistants, copilots, agents and coding assistants
* Drive adoption, training and best practices for employees and managers.
* Track usage and impact KPIs and continuously improve tools and workflows.
* Own the GenAI & productivity strategy in a Microsoft-based environment (Azure, M365, Teams, Copilots).

* Implement and manage GenAI assistants, copilots, agents and coding assistants

Requirements:
2+ years in Digital Workplace / IT Business Applications / Productivity / IT Innovation.
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform
* Practical experience deploying GenAI tools (assistants, copilots, coding assistants such as Tabnine).
* Ability to map processes and design AI/digital productivity solutions
* Strong communication skills with end users and management. Fluent Hebrew and English , spoken and written. Nice to have: Experience in regulated or large organizations, change management / R&D background, basic automation/scripting (Power Automate, PowerShell, Python).
