Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will support and manage day-to-day procurement activities, collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and help ensure the seamless execution of purchasing operations across the organization.

How Youll Spend Your Day:
Be an integral part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Procurement
Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with company needs
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to support procurement needs such as contract reviews, onboarding processes, and service delivery, while addressing issues as they arise
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams (primarily based in the U.S.) to support their procurement needs, including potential involvement in travel-related activities
Analyze market trends and gather supplier information to support sourcing decisions
Prepare reports and analyze procurement-related data to help drive informed decision-making
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both vendors and colleagues across multiple departments
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, streamline workflows, and enhance procurement efficiency
Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and support ongoing team initiatives
