Bilingual Global Support : Providing top-tier Technical Support in both English and Hebrew, handling around 270 tickets/calls per month. Be our international troubleshooting expert!
Hot Technologies : Dive deep into supporting market-leading platforms, including Okta, Zscaler, and our advanced AWS Secure Workspace environments.
Full End-User Management : Resolving hardware and software issues for both Mac and Windows users, while managing key user provisioning and account lifecycle processes.
Hybrid Work Model! Enjoy the flexibility of balancing your time between the office and remote work.

High Proficiency in English (Mandatory!): Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication.
Proven Experience : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience providing End-User Support for both Mac and Windows environments. (A Must!)
