we are seeking a talented data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement ML models to support risk assessment and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with practical experience in building and deploying Machine Learning models in a financial or fintech environment. Responsibilities:
* Develop, validate, and implement Machine Learning models (Regression, Classification, Supervised/Unsupervised).
* Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
* Apply Gen-AI techniques where applicable to enhance model performance.
* Document model development processes and results.
* Develop, validate, and implement Machine Learning models (Regression, Classification, Supervised/Unsupervised).

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required. Masters degree advantageous At least 3 years of practical experience in ML model development required
* Practical experience in building Regression and Classification models (Supervised/Unsupervised) required
* Strong Python skills (including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) required
* Strong SQL skills required
* Experience in Gen-AI model development significant advantage
* Familiarity with finance or fintech domain significant advantage
* Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and ability to derive actionable insights required
* High-level English proficiency required
* Experience with SAS advantage.
