We're seeking a results driven VP of Product to take full ownership of our product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is for a proven leader who thrives on accountability, builds data powered products, and delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Define and shape the long-term product vision.
Develop, lead, and execute the overall product strategy.
Own the product roadmap and communicate it clearly across the company.
Collaborate with world-class engineering and data science teams to deliver on the roadmap.
Establish and implement best practices across the entire product lifecycle.
Build and lead a high-performing product management organization and culture.
Represent the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
Identify market opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management roles.
At least 7 years of experience leading teams of Product Managers in a hyper-growth SaaS company.
Proven experience in leading product vision, strategy, and execution.
Demonstrated success in launching new products to market.
Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to strategy and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Advantage
5+ years of experience working on large-scale data platforms and intelligence (AI/ML).
Experience in the marketing/Ad tech industry
Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management roles.
