A software engineer with ideally 2+ years experience leading a team
Proven track record leading major efforts, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results within set timelines
Youre experienced with large-scale web applications and have the ability to deep dive into complex applications.
Youre a creative, quick learner who enjoys overcoming challenges in a complex environment
Excellent communication skills and an inherent willingness to help others
Proactive and always striving to understand why things are done the way they are.
