we are seeking a highly motivated Experienced Medical Data Analyst to join our Solutions Team, a dedicated group supporting steady-state clients on the technical side.
The team ensures smooth operations, investigates and resolves issues, and drives compliance and client satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve client-related technical and data issues end to end.
Analyze medical documentation and audits to identify patterns, errors, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Develop and automate tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and Python (including Pandas)
Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, PyCharm, or similar tools.
Familiarity with medical charts and clinical terminology; background in healthcare tech a plus.
Experience in software configuration, implementation, or troubleshooting in clinical or healthcare systems - preferred.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and Python (including Pandas)
