As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the frontline of empowering creators to fully harness the potential of our AI-driven creative ecosystem. Youll support users from their very first interactions with our AI tools through full-scale production workflowsensuring they gain the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration needed to grow with us.
Were looking for someone with a rare blend of technical savvy, creativity, and exceptional communication skills. This isnt your average support role: youll engage with content creators around the world, master our products inside and out, and use your own creative instincts to solve problems, advise customers, and directly influence the product. Youll collaborate across departments, translate customer goals into powerful workflows, and help transform creatorsfrom casual experimenters into professional, high-value users.

What You'll Do Provide support to users through email and occasional calls.
Assist users with product-related issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.
Develop deep expertise in our platform and AI tools to guide users toward the features and workflows that best fit their creative goals
Proactively communicate user behavior, technical issues, emerging trends, and potential improvements to the team, and raise concerns and flags as needed Work cross-functionally within a cohesive team environment to ensure product success
What Were Looking For
Fully proficient in English written and verbal
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (SAAS)
* A descriptive and expressive writer who can communicate complex ideas clearly and with empathy
Computer savvy you pick up tools and systems quickly
* Experience with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut is a big plus
* Knowledge of or passion for the video, creative, or AI industries is a strong advantage
* Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, salesforce etc., is helpful
