We are looking for a strong leader to ensure full support of our products and happy satisfied customers.
You will be using BI to find anomalies and work closely with the R&D teams to resolve them.
You will be part of a global support teams (Israel and US based) and will work intimately close with R&D teams in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
Proven practical experience leading an R&D support team/group responsible for Mission Critical systems- at least 4 years
Managing day-to-day proactive support and critical events in a production environment
Change management and release management responsibilities
Strong delivery capabilities while ensuring solutions meet business objectives
Experience working with offshore employees
Practical experience with a well-known monitoring and analytics tool
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment
Highly organized with the ability to lead internal processes
Team player
