We are seeking a talented Program Manager Lead to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results across global teams.

What Youll Do:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of major programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines
Ensure leadership decisions are translated into actionable plans and successfully implemented across teams.
Promote a data driven culture by monitoring and reporting on delivery KPIs to senior management.
Monitor and enhance Delivery processes, ensuring teams are aligned with Agile Methodology and KPIs.
Work with diverse, geographically dispersed teams and adapt to multi-cultural environments and varying time zones.

Requirements:
8+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven record managing large, complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives
Proven experience working within a software development environment, with strong expertise in R&D project management and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to manage, guide, and mentor a team of 1-2 project managers, empowering them to achieve program objectives and deliver successful outcomes
Skilled at working across global teams, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness
Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
