we are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Business Applications & IT Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone whos passionate about systems, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of internal tools and processes, especially around Salesforce and our internal platform.
Responsibilities
Provide internal support for business applications, primarily Salesforce
Manage user provisioning: open/close user accounts and permissions
Support internal teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, Finance, CS) with system-related tasks and integrations
Coordinate and execute changes in the TITAN portal based on team needs
Document processes and help onboard new users to internal tools
Serve as a bridge between business and tech translating needs into system actions

Requirements:
Strong familiarity with Salesforce Flow (admin-level)
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field not mandatory, but an advantage
Quick learner with the ability to understand TITANs internal platform
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills ability to work with multiple departments
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Hebrew an advantage, but not required
Availability for flexible working hours
