Required Legal Counsel
Job Description
Join our Legal team as a Commercial Transaction Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in supporting our global sales operations. You'll be the go-to expert for all legal aspects of our business. In this fast-paced role, you'll:
Work closely with our global sales team
Draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of sales-focused contracts
Advise on legal aspects related to product and compliance
Provide legal guidance to support executives and sales professionals
Ensure our legal interests are secure, promoting our success.

Requirements:
7-8 years of experience in a high-tech B2B company or a leading law firm's commercial or tech department
Expertise in software licensing / SAAS contract negotiations and drafting, and commercial transaction law
Excellent English
Youre hardworking, business-oriented, thorough and analytical
You can thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking
Youre a natural leader with the capacity to own projects from start to finish.
