We are looking for a Engineering Team Lead.
What Youll Do:
Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of talented developers, setting technical direction and providing mentorship to foster professional growth and inspire innovative solutions.
Infrastructure development: lead the development of components and building blocks that support scale, performance and variety of Network use cases
Platform orientation: Understand the broad range of requirements and work closely with several product teams to build teams roadmap
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with cross-functional teams, leading workshops and presentations to share insights and innovations within the organization.
Production mindset: Maintaining highest level of availability of Network platform components .

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of management experience leading engineering teams, preferably on high-scale products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
Deep expertise in designing for scale, performance, and resiliency within distributed systems.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development.
Proven ability to drive technical strategy, manage complex roadmaps, and mentor senior engineers.
Proficiency in Typescript and/or C++ is a significant advantage.
