We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Controller (at least 3-4 years of relevant experience) to join our small and highly skilled team.

Responsibilities include:
Managing monthly and quarterly closing processes
Preparing financial statements
Performing intercompany reconciliations
Supporting reporting requirements under US GAAP
Working both independently and collaboratively within the finance team to meet deadlines and business needs
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
Experienced as Assistant Controller (3+ years)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Internship at one of the Big4, specializing in Hi-Tech- advantage
Experienced with US GAAP and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP / NetSuite.
Have a strong sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent English - written and verbal
Experience with ERP systems an advantage
