We're seeking an outstanding and passionate Software Engineering Manager to join our growing R&D team.

What you'll do:
Manage a product engineering team delivering customer value at scale
Lead and mentor a team of talented and experienced engineers
Own a material part of the Finalop's system - its vision, delivery, and business impact
Be a key player in the product engineering leadership, shaping our culture and standards as we grow rapidly
Liaise with product managers, designers, and peer development teams to deliver high-quality capabilities to our customers
Experiment with and explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions to the market

What you'll do:

Requirements:
5+ years of development experience leading significant software delivery at scale
Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in backend technologies and architecture
2+ years experience in building and growing an R&D team
Hands-on experience with SaaS architecture and distributed systems
Ability to carry requirements from the early phase to full implementation
Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make a difference
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
And it would be great if you have (optional):
Frontend development experience and understanding
Experience working in a dynamic startup company
DevOps and infra-oriented experience
5+ years of development experience leading significant software delivery at scale
