Senior Product Designer

Were looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our product experience. Youll design core product flows, elevate the visual quality and consistency across the platform, and lead the evolution of our design system into a modern, cohesive foundation.
The ideal candidate thinks strategically about UX, not just executing screens while balancing speed with uncompromising attention to detail. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, executives, marketing, and users to bring clarity and polish to every part of the experience. Youll also help drive the adoption of AI tools to improve design velocity and output.

Your responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality UI and UX across core product areashands-on, from concept to polished execution.
Own and rebuild the design system end-to-end: audit, define foundations, redesign components, and implement a modern, cohesive visual language.
Establish best practices and guidelines for consistency and quality across the product.
Drive UI excellencecreate clean, modern, pixel-perfect designs that raise the bar across the platform.
Collaborate closely with product, designers, engineering, and leadership to ensure adoption and ongoing maintenance of the design system.
