Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap
Translate company and product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, data insights, and technical feasibility.
Ensure timely delivery of features that create measurable value for users and the business.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Align engineering, design, marketing, and CS to deliver high-quality releases at scale.
Partner with GTM to ensure successful adoption, from launch strategy to creator education.
Customer & Market Insight
Conduct research and data analysis to identify unmet needs of web creators.
Translate insights into innovative product experiences.
Metrics & Growth
Own product KPIs (adoption, retention, ARR contribution) and iterate based on measurable outcomes.
Champion experimentation and data-driven decision making.
Quality & Excellence
Maintain high product quality through QA practices, retrospectives, and user feedback loops.
