We are seeking a Financial Controller with at least 3 years of experience and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, fluent in English, and familiar with digital currenciescomfortable managing operations involving both fiat and crypto assets, even without deep blockchain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the finance team and daily accounting.
Review and approve monthly closings and financial reports.
Oversee fiat and crypto payment workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain internal controls and meet regulatory requirements.
Support modern accounting or ERP system implementation.
Coordinate audits, tax, and banking matters.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Requirements:
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent a plus).
Proficient with financial reporting tools.
Basic understanding of digital currencies (eg, Bitcoin, Ethereum) and how they fit into corporate finance operations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
