Designing processes for cloud efficiency, considering economic aspects and the costs of various components
Estimating costs for various projects and conducting comparisons between cloud providers
Developing control and monitoring tools in relation to cloud architectures to improve, optimize, and save costs
Managing and implementing automations using supporting tools to identify trends and anomalies in projects costs
Maintaining regular interfaces with development infrastructure, and finance teams within the organization and peer companies
Identifying and implementing new opportunities and technologies in the field of cloud Finops.
Estimating costs for various projects and conducting comparisons between cloud providers
Developing control and monitoring tools in relation to cloud architectures to improve, optimize, and save costs
Managing and implementing automations using supporting tools to identify trends and anomalies in projects costs
Maintaining regular interfaces with development infrastructure, and finance teams within the organization and peer companies
Identifying and implementing new opportunities and technologies in the field of cloud Finops.
Requirements:
Familiarity with pricing models of various cloud services- mandatory
In depth familiarity with services, architectures, and tools in at least one of the following cloud providers:
Azure- mandatory/GCP/AWS/OCI
Experience in developing automation processes and scripting in relation t cloud providers- an advantage
Experience in planning architecture for complex projects in the fields of computing, storage, networking, and information security in an Enterprise environment- an advantage
Familiarity with K8S- an advantage
Ability to present and implement new technologies
Relevant technologies degree- an advantage.
Familiarity with pricing models of various cloud services- mandatory
