Responsible for ongoing management and coordination with work interfaces and industry clients.
Assisting in guiding the unit's strategy and operation according to client/user requirements.
First line of response for troubleshooting in classified communication systems, incident classification, initial handling, and more.
Comprehensive and in-depth examination of communication faults, creating solutions and automation's for real time response, and conducting thorough investigations.
Managing relationships with NOC and additional interfaces.
Leading outsourcing projects for the unit, with support of relevant partners.
Expected to demonstrate independence, self-motivation, proactive thinking, determination, and initiative.
Place of employment: central.
Scope of hours: about 100 hours per month.

Technological passion and curiosity, with the ability to independently explore new technologies, deepen understanding, and identify technological opportunities.
Basic knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and familiarity with poxy, SOCKS.
Basic familiarity with Linux operating system and bash scripting.
Graduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Exact Sciences.
Experience working with cybersecurity and computer communication products.
Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Good understanding and familiarity with virtualization.
