Performance Marketing Manager

Our Business Unit is growing fast and were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to help us scale to the next level.

If youre the kind of person who loves digging into data to spot trends, has a sharp eye for what makes a creative funnel truly click, and gets excited about testing, optimizing, and hacking growth strategies together, then this role is for you.

Youll work across multiple e-commerce clients with big budgets, balancing analytics with creativity, and collaborating closely with product, R&D, and data science. Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of large-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts, including tracking KPIs, building and testing strategies, and running A/B tests.
Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and extract actionable creative insights that drive results.
Oversee the creative lifecycle: concepting, generating, testing, and iterating video, static, HTML5, and AI-powered assets.
Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Data Science teamsprioritize needs, raise flags, and clearly translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
Work directly with clients to manage expectations, budgets, and revenue share, ensuring performance goals and satisfaction are met.
Leverage AI and design tools (e.g., Veo3, Bolt, Lovable, Figma) to generate, test, and optimize high-performing creative variations.
