As a Product Designer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team, partnering with product and engineering to deliver smart, fun, and intuitive experiences.

- Partner with product and engineering teams to create a creative and productive workflow.
- Craft smart designs, integrating feedback from users and colleagues into your vision.
- Design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity UI for your features.
- Work on multiple platforms to ensure a single-flow.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in features you or others have implemented.

Requirements:
- **3+ Years of Experience**: Proven track record in a UX/UI design role with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, pixel-perfect work.
- **Proficiency in Figma**: Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- **Startup Mindset**: An appreciation for the challenges and opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- **Team Player**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- **Time-Management Skills**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- **Educational Background**: BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **User-Centric Thinking**: A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to create intuitive and accessible designs.
