seeking applicants for an Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator, responsible for a smooth daily operation of Chairmans office and administrative operations at the companys Israeli headquarters.
What you will be doing:

Providing administrative support to the Chairman and to the senior leadership.
Oversee Petach Tikva office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Assisting with various meetings and leadership coordination (agendas, materials, follow-ups).
Supporting in preparation for business reviews, events, executive visits and strategic meetings.
Preparing and maintaining reports, summaries, and presentations for management using modern digital tools and dashboards.
Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, expense reports), ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
Maintaining highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
Excellent communication skills in English, native-level preferred.
Proficient in Hebrew, enabling daily communication.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Service-oriented mindset with a global perspective.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to utilize AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
