We are looking for a Product Operations Manager.
As a Product Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Product Operations and play an integral role within the Product organization
You will be responsible for:
Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure that products and processes run smoothly and have the data and tools needed for success
Provides critical support by building systems to capture, review, and analyze usage information and other key data, which helps PMs make better-informed product decisions.
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data.
Build the right tools & processes that will strengthen product communication, internal managing, and development in a high-growth organization.
Manage the implementation and roll-out of products, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on launch tasks.

Requirements:
At least 3 years experience Product Operation/ RnD Technical Program Management experience with proven experience - Must
Problem-focused and solutions-oriented, with extreme attention to detail and not afraid of rolling up sleeves to get things done
Have an understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle
Experience with Jira and Confluence - Must
Data-driven, experienced with data analysis, industry metrics, and product experimentation - Must
2 years experience with digital analytics and visualization tools such as Full Story, BI tools (Tableau, Looker) - Advantage
Data-driven, experienced with data analysis, industry metrics, and product experimentation
BSc computer science, engineering, or a related technical field - advantage
