Were looking for an Employee Experience Lead to join our People team. Someone whos passionate about building culture, purpose, and growth as strategic drivers of business success. What am I going to do?:
* Design and execute an Employee Experience strategy aligned with our business goals.
* Build and promote company values and behaviors that drive performance and belonging.
* Partner with leaders to embed continuous learning and growth in the flow of work.
* Design employee journeys that enhance engagement, purpose, and productivity.
* Use data and insights to measure cultural impact and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with executives to connect people, purpose, and performance.
* Leverage storytelling and communication to bring culture and strategy to life.

* Proven ability to design and implement initiatives that connect culture with business outcomes.
* Strong analytical and communication skills able to translate data into insights and action.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with AI tools for research, design, and communication is a must
* Creative, curious, and passionate about Employee Experience and culture innovation.
