Manage the Service calls and RMA processes ,systems and tools
Define and manage Services KPIs
Coordinate companys resources for achieving SLA commitments
Manage sales administration activities.

Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience (RMA, SLAs, Service) with complex hardware products
Experience as a large programs ILS program manager
Experience from defense companies advantage
A team player and great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
Knowledge in providing technical support and product maintenance life-cycle.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
High level of English verbal and written.
