Senior Business data Analyst

we are a rapidly-growing mobile gaming company located in central Tel Aviv. We are looking for a sharp and passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team. Our massively popular gaming app is enjoyed by millions of people from around the world who experience the fun of playing live with friends and connecting with new ones! If youre an eagle-eyed, sharp, intelligent, data -driven analyst, with a love for stats and numbers, wed love to talk! The role will involve answering challenging inquiries for the company's diverse teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) and making sense of data! An essential part of the role requires being consistently curious by data, trying to understand it best and aiding in data -driven solutions across the company. (We work from our office in Tel-Aviv- not hybrid)
Responsibilities:

* Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions
* Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
* Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product roadmaps
* Work closely with internal departments to drive insights that will help produce better insights that will drive towards monetization and retention improvements
* Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience.
