experience to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will guide a team of skilled developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SaaS platforms and hybrid solutions. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment with the product team.
Mandatory

JAVA development experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience
Management experience: At least 2 years leading development teams
Strong Spring framework expertise: Deep understanding of Spring-based solutions
Cloud architecture knowledge: Proven experience designing and building cloud-based solutions
English proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (advantageous)
Ability to work on-site at least 4 days a week during the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid model (2+ days a week in the office)
Advantages

Experience with AWS, cloud-native architecture, and microservices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka
Experience in adaptive Agile methodologies
