Position: Owners Representative Light Rail Design Management

Role Responsibilities:
Managing project supervision during both design and execution phases
Leading and coordinating light rail system design processes
Ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to defined project schedules
Serving as the owners representative across all relevant engineering disciplines
?? Locations:
Tel Aviv area 1 position
Haifa area 1 position
Requirements for Success:
Education: B.Sc. in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 15 years experience managing railway projects
Professional Focus:
Led at least one Light Rail design project
Led at least one Light Rail execution project
Strong Advantage: Valid certified engineering license (e.g., P.E., CEng)
Languages: English mandatory, at native or near-native proficiency
