Requirements:
Requirements:

Certified Payroll Professional, with at least 2 years of proven experience payroll processing for 300+ employees, including hourly-paid employees.
Strong attention to detail, structured and meticulous approach, and a commitment to excellence in payroll execution.
Strong organizational,time management and Team player with good communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll taxation, labor laws, pensions, and social rights.
Proficiency in Excel for payroll analysis, reporting, and control development.
Experience with Hilan payroll management systems.
Certified and experienced bookkeeper (advantage).
Experience working in a Hi-Tech company (advantage).
Familiarity with NetSuite (advantage).
