This position reports directly to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the global CRM implementation project:
o Develop and manage detailed project plans.
o Conduct and oversee software testing ( QA, UAT).
o Support and coordinate training and onboarding processes.
o Collect, analyze, and consolidate user feedback.
o Manage system stabilization phase until full adoption.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics, support).
Manage project timelines, resources, and reporting to management
Suitable for students who can work two full days, suitable for second- or third-year students
Industrial Engineering student or similar mandatory.
Previous experience or familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems strong advantage (preferably with Hubspot CRM and DealHub CPQ).
Experience with software testing and user training advantage.
Excellent English (written and spoken) mandatory.
Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership potential
