Procurement & Logistics Manager

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Procurement & Logistics Manager to join the Operations Department. Responsibilities:
• Development and leading a procurement strategy for the organization, including material sourcing and cost reduction activities. • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Managing all the company’s import/export activities. • Responsibility for negotiations of contracts and agreements with the company’s suppliers to secure advantageous terms. • Issuing and monitoring contracts and purchase orders issued to vendors, and follow up as necessary to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. • Establishing performance metrics to monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance based on KPI’s and SLA’s to maximize benefits in terms of delivery, price, and quality. • Managing a team of buyer & import/ export coordinator. • Preparing procurement reports.
