Oversee and manage cross-continental import and export operations, ensuring
smooth customs procedures, accurate documentation, and efficient shipment
coordination
Supervise in-house and outsourced warehouses, ensuring efficient order
fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cost control.
Oversee B2B and e-commerce (B2C) fulfillment processes for small, medium, and
strategic customers.
Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with logistics providers, forwarders,
and suppliers.
Develop and implement new operational tools and systems ( ERP, WMS, reporting
dashboards)
Build data -driven processes and performance tracking
Recruit, train, and manage remote teams
Travel periodically throughout the year to oversee warehouses, partners, and
suppliers.
Work flexibly across global time zones to
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics, operations, or supply chain
management preferably within FMCG, distribution, or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to manage complex import/export operations and multiple
warehouses.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, documentation, and compliance
requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating with service providers and optimizing
operational costs.
- Highly data -oriented, analytical, and comfortable implementing new systems and
tools.
- Excellent English (spoken and written) and fluent Hebrew.
- Strong leadership skills: hands-on, adaptable, and capable of working under
pressure with shifting priorities.
- A team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel abroad several times per year.
