We are looking for a is looking for a Chief Technology Officer ( CTO ) with strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
* Define and lead the companys technology strategy and architecture
* Oversee project execution, budgets and version management.
* Provide hands-on support when needed: technical guidance, problem-solving, and process optimization
* Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and product quality

Requirements:

* Proven experience leading technology teams in complex, large-scale environments
* Strong proficiency in.NET,.NET Core, Python, SQL, NoSQL
* Experience managing DevOps and CI/CD environments
* Background with GenAI technologies significant advantage
* Strong project and budget management capabilities
* Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive deep into development and delivery processes
