We are looking for a talented salesforce & Marketing Cloud Implementer to join a leading integration company and take part in complex, high-visibility projects across salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
* Implement business processes in salesforce Core, including building Flows, process automations, and advanced configurations.
* Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder within Marketing Cloud.
* Work with Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder on a daily basis.
* Manage and optimize data Extensions, segmentations, and marketing activity analysis.
* Gather business requirements, create functional and technical specifications, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, analytics, and external stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve existing processes.

Requirements:
* ~2 years of hands-on experience with salesforce Core.
* ~2 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder & Studios).
* Proven experience with Flows, automations, and process implementation.
* Strong knowledge of SQL significant advantage.
* Understanding of marketing processes, customer lifecycle, and Marketing Automation best practices strong plus.
* Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and drive solutions across multiple interfaces.
