Project & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional projects from concept to execution while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes across the organization. * Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
* Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep workflows running efficiently.
* Lead and support business application projects from concept to implementation.
* Manage operational processes including documentation, and task tracking to support business requirements
* Define KPIs, maintain operational data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
* Use AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
* Support the COO in daily operations and company-wide coordination. You Are
