VP Quality

a U.S.-based global leader in defence technology is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead the companys quality strategy and organization. The Vice President of Quality is responsible for defining and executing the companys quality strategy across the entire product lifecycle from design and development through production, delivery, and sustainment. This role ensures that all systems and products meet the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction expected in the defence industry. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Quality leads the companys quality organization and partners closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and the Lines of Business to drive excellence in design, manufacturing, supplier performance, and operational execution. The role also includes ongoing collaboration and reporting to the corporate organization of our U.S.-based parent company, requiring strong communication, alignment, and cross-company partnership skills. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the companys Quality and Productivity organization, reporting to the GM.
*  Define and implement quality systems and standards across all business areas.
*  Drive continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and root-cause analysis processes.
*  Ensure compliance with defence industry standards, customer requirements, and corporate quality policies.
*  Maintain certifications and regulatory compliance and oversee audits and corrective actions.
*  Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence across the organization.
