Join Hazera as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in delivering accurate financial consolidation and insights that drive strategic business decisions across our global operations. This is an opportunity to work closely with international teams, shape reporting processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What youll do:

Consolidate and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights to support management decisions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Collaborate with Budget and Business Controllers and other Finance functions to harmonize accounting practices across countries.
Drive improvements and automation of reporting processes using ERP and BI tools.
Act as a trusted finance partner, supporting both local and group-wide initiatives.

Requirements:
CPA-qualified Accountant with 3+ years experience in financial reporting and analysis, ideally in an international environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn numbers into insights.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to influence and partner with multiple teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
